Service Standards for Response Times

The school commits to the following response timeframes:
a. 3 working days: Acknowledge all feedback and reply to straightforward enquiries.
b. 7 working days: For cases requiring follow-up, including gathering statements and reviewing evidence.
c. 21 working days: For complex cases involving detailed reviews, multiple parties, or external agencies.

In all cases, the reporting party will be kept informed of progress and any delays that may occur due to exceptional circumstances.

Communication Hours

Parents are advised to contact our teachers during office hours (7:30 am – 6:00 pm). Other than in emergencies, staff are not required to respond outside office hours or during school holidays.
