As part of the National Digital Literacy Programme (NDLP), the implementation
includes the introduction of the Personalized Digital Learning Programme
(PDLP) for all secondary school students. This initiative ensures that
each secondary school student possesses a Personal Learning Device (PLD).
These PLDs create an immersive learning environment, enabling students
to cultivate the dispositions, knowledge, and skills necessary to excel
in the digital landscape.

What if my child's iPad is lost?
For lost due to the above reasons (Insurance coverage), a police report
will have to be made. Submit the police report to the IT room, the school
will submit a claim on behalf of the student from the Insurance company
(subject to insurance company's approval)
*Accidental loss will not be covered by insurance. If an iPad is lost, DMA and find my iPad App are not able to track.
What steps should be taken if my child's iPad, Apple Pencil, or keyboard is malfunctioning/damage?
For the iPad (3 year warranty): You have the option to
either send it to the school IT room, where the school will report the
issue on behalf of the student, or personally send it to the Asiapac service center
For the Apple Pencil (1 year warranty): You can choose
to personally send it to an Apple store or the Asiapac service center.
For the keyboard (1 year warranty): personally send it
to the Asiapac service center .
*Physical damage for apple pencil and keyboard will not be covered by warranty
