Centralised DSA-Sec Application Process
Application for DSA-Sec can be submitted through the online DSA-Sec Portal. The application is free-of-charge and will be open from 7 May to 3 June 2025. For more details, please refer to MOE website at www.moe.gov.sg/secondary/dsa.
Accessing the DSA Portal
a) Applicants from MOE mainstream primary schools: Parent may log in directly to DSA-Sec Portal. Only one parent’s SingPass is required. Parents/ guardians who are unable to apply online can approach their child’s primary school for assistance.
b) Other applicants not studying in MOE mainstream primary schools: Applicants need to apply for a Registration Number (RGxxxxxxx) before they can apply through the DSA-Sec Portal. For more information, please visit the MOE website at: go.gov.sg/nmsdsa-sec-application
Choices
Students can indicate up to three choices (maximum of two choices for
the same school under two different talent areas).
Information to provide
a) Valid email address and local mobile number.
Supporting documents (for Art applicants only): Applicants are required to submit a link to their online art portfolio via this Google Form:

The portfolio can be created using platforms such as Google Drive, Google
Docs/Slides, or Canva. It should include no more than 5 pieces of work
in any art form, comprising artworks or visual journals completed either
during personal time or in school
b) No other supporting documents are required. Your child’s primary school information such as Primary 5 and 6 results, CCA and VIA involvement, school-based achievements and awards, and NAPFA results, will be automatically shared with the school. You do not need to submit this information.
The application period is from 7 May to 3 June 2025.
Interview & Aptitude Test / Audition
An appointment will be arranged for the applicant to attend an interview
and take an aptitude test or audition at the school between July and August 2025.
Applicants are to bring along the actual or certified true copies of the
supporting documents (including portfolio of artworks) to the interview.
Outcome
A letter or email notifying the outcome of the application will be sent
to the applicant by Friday, 29 August 2025. The letter
or email will indicate whether the applicant has been given a Confirmed
Offer, put on the Waiting List or not accepted.
