Overview
The NBSS Table Tennis Team is a dynamic and competitive sports group that proudly represents the school in various competitions. With a strong emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, the team strives to bring out the very best in every student.
The team follows a rigorous training programme that focuses on:
Technical skills: Enhancing stroke play, spin control, footwork, and game strategy.
Physical conditioning: Improving agility, reflexes, and endurance for peak performance.
Tactical awareness: Developing match strategies and the ability to adapt to different playing styles.
Mental strength: Building resilience, focus, and confidence in high-pressure situations.
What We Do
Training Sessions: Every Monday and Thursday, 3:00pm to 5:30pm
Competitions: National School Games, OTH Team Challenge Competition, Friendly Games with Other Schools
